Welcome to the Cottage blog! My name is Mrs Johns and I support students at Owairaka District School who are new to NZ and are learning the English Language. This blog is a space where I share all types of experiences we have at our school and what were have been learning about. Please leave positive, thoughtful and helpful comments to help prompt our students to communicate in a fun and enjoyable way.
Hmm what a tough question Mrs Johns! I guess they don't need any clothes. And I wonder what dragons eat? I'll try and find some students to help me with this one...
Kia ora Mrs Johns. We think the dragon would need some meat like chicken, steak, sausages or beef, some dragonfruit, a teddy bear, some bananas, grapes, vegetables (carrots, broccoli, spinach), some potions to help it grow, some balloons for a party, some marshmallows and a fire extinguisher. Or maybe it would buy everything in the supermarket. From Room 4 @ May Road.
Dragonfruit would be a great thing! I like the idea of an extinguisher. Jasmine has suggested some water. It would need to calm its throat down. Great ideas.
