Soup the Red-Eared Turtle

Oh Oh  Chook has noticed Soup

Soup, the red-eared turtle, left her pool and wandered around the back yard. I tried to keep an eye on her but she disappeared. She returned to her tank after her wander. I wonder if she will go to sleep soon for the winter? I am going to add more sand to her pool to make her warmer on the bottom of the pool.

A New Path is Made!

A new path is underway - being made by our Caretakers.  They unearthed a network of strong roots. They couldn't cut them out as this would damage the tree.  They left them exposed for a few days.










Frances from Room 11 thought they looked like a monster - which could claw its way out of the ground.  Can you see the claw?
